 likeaboss1a02

Leaders aren’t always bosses. Bosses aren’t always leaders. Join some of the biggest bosses around, to tackle what it takes to inspire others #LIKEABOSS. As with all Pollen gatherings, this will be more than just conversations and opinion sharing. We will break down the barriers that prevent leaders from developing the community support they need to perform at their best.  likeaboss1a04 A recent Gallup poll of more than 1,000,000 US workers cites a bad boss as the number one reason people leave their jobs. Along with our big boss keynotes, Meghan Wilker and Mike Bollinger, Pollen invites you—boss or not—to join us in an intimate conversation about leadership dynamics of the modern workplace. Together, we will explore the critical communication lines between boss and employee. likeaboss1a07

Mike and Meghan’s conversation will include

Hosting true collaboration + Building emotional intelligence + Heightening empathy + Breaking gridlock and stagnation + Finding lost creativity likeaboss1a05
