When you’re a kid, growing pains are, well, painful. And when your organization is going through growth changes there might be no better word to describe that process than, well, painful.

How can we collectively better manage the stress and emotions that come with scaling our work in a way that doesn’t burn out, trample, or lose the core of what made our work magical in the first place? As leaders, let’s imagine a new way of growth that protects our values and doesn’t always define success against a growing bottom line.

Join us on October 25 at #LikeABoss | Scale to hear from leaders who have seen the good, bad, and ugly of trying to scale their missions, small businesses, or company departments.

As with all Pollen gatherings, this will be more than just conversations and opinion sharing. We will break down the barriers that prevent leaders from developing the managerial courage they need to perform at their best.
