Since Pollen was founded in 2009, it’s always been about you—our members. We are a from-the-ground-up, membership network that exists because of you. Without you, we would have no stories of incredible community leaders to share and no one to read them. No one would submit the best job openings, send out a bat signal for chances to get involved, shout cool goings-on from the rooftops, or congratulate fellow Pollenites who are doing cool stuff. And we’d be hosting events for ourselves. Pretty sad state of affairs if you ask us.
As we enter our second year as a fully-fledged nonprofit, we are making a significant investment in our membership. We are investing in you.
We’re conducting a membership survey to better understand who are members are and what makes them tick so we can deliver the most inspiring, relevant, and useful content and event programming.
We’re building a robust member database that will help us facilitate more meaningful connections among our members based on professional goals and personal interests.
