Do you want to make a difference in the community by helping connect Afghan families to stable and affordable housing? CAPI is seeking an Afghan Housing Stability Specialist to help provide alternative housing options for Afghan families struggling to pay their rent through the networking and building of relationships and pipelines with landlords and housing management companies.

The Afghan Housing Stability Specialist will work with Navigators in identifying clients who need landlord/management mediation to remain in their current housing and work with both parties to develop plans and pathways to stable housing. When pathways reach a roadblock, this role will help identify alternative housing options for Navigators to transition their clients too. In addition, this role will work closely with partner organizations to provide direct rental support subsidies while the Navigators work with the clients to stabilize their housing.
