Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income people to become self-reliant through integrated services. Job Summary

PPL is looking for a talented people-person dedicated to serving the community, with strong communication and collaboration skills, to join its Career Works/WIOA Program. This position is located at PPL’s offices at 800 W. Broadway, working closely with PPL and CareerForce staff, providing valuable individualized career counseling services for adults looking to improve, update, or gain new employment skills.  Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and outreach, identifying participant eligibility, enrollment, 1:1 coaching, and providing wrap-around support services to participants. This position also facilitates workshops and class cohorts.

Education and Experience:

PPL’s work is now a Hybrid Model. Our Hybrid Model refers to the split between working in the office or onsite at satellite locations (60%) and at home (40%) of the time. A 5-day work week equates to three days working in the office and the opportunity to work from home for the other two days.

Salary: $21.63-$23.56 Hr., DOQ
