This position reports to the Dean and serves as a member of the SPH senior leadership team advancing the school’s mission, strategic goals, priorities, and operating objectives. This position joins leadership to provide clear and consistent direction to challenge racism in any form and create an environment that is affirming, accessible, and equitable for people from marginalized communities, one part of the school’s Strategic Plan for Antiracism (SPAR)

The SPH averages $5million in annual gift production but has nearly doubled that for the past three years.
