180 Degrees operates emergency shelters and supportive housing programs around the state for youth and adults experiencing homelessness, sex trafficking, and incarceration. Our non-profit is 50 years old, innovative, and fast-growing.  Join our diverse team and make a difference in the lives of others. The Advancement team raises philanthropic support from individuals, foundations, and organizations around the state and nationally to operate our programs and assist thousands of people each year. If you thrive at organization, this is the role for you! You will use your strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills supporting the “back office” function of donor relations. You will oversee the end-to-end data entry and management function in our Salesforce system, essential to our Advancement Department. This includes capturing donor contact and gift information, sending timely, accurate, and grammatically correct correspondence, and managing data integrity. In addition, you will provide key support for fundraising events (house parties, golf events, galas) including event registration and volunteer oversight. This position offers growth in a collaborative, non-profit environment. You will bring data skills, ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and pro-actively communicate with the team.  Pro-active communication is required to develop internal relationships with people across the organization who work at our program sites, in our offices, and remotely. Experience with fundraising preferred but not required.  Attention to detail is a must! Ideal for an experienced Development Associate or a recent college graduate interested in advancing their career in non-profit management. The Development Coordinator will perform critical functions necessary for the Advancement functions. This is a hybrid position and includes working at drop-in sites at the agency’s Minneapolis office, St. Paul office, and from home.
