All About Northeast Insurance Advisors:

With over 10 years of experience within the insurance industry and another 15 in hospitality, Northeast Insurance Advisors fuses the “sexy” of entertaining with insurance 101. Whether it’s business, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, cyber liability, health, life, homeowners, auto or renters’, they persevere in providing insurance options and creative solutions for each unique individual situation.

“We understand the fear, struggle, and reward of launching a business,” says Olia. She and Marcia seek to answer those questions many don’t yet know to ask. “Education is our platform,” says Marcia. “Empowering our audience with knowledge, support, and providing a network of professional resources is our goal.”

Marcia and Olia take their care for community beyond the office. Olia volunteers for community events, spends time in her daughter’s classroom, and has the privilege of being a longtime caregiver to her parents. “I have a tremendous appreciation for the many joys of the last ten years,” she says. Marcia is an animal activist and opens her heart and home to rescue animals. “Who says six dogs and three cats are too many?” she asks. “The more the merrier!”

POLLEN: What’s the culture of your team, and how have you worked to build and reinforce that culture?

We’re constantly in contact. We share experiences, we learn from each others’ mistakes. We support, guide, and communicate honestly — especially in times of stress and difficulty. We’re not just a brand or a tagline — we are our audience, our clients, our business.

POLLEN: What responsibilities do you feel as a business leader in your community?

Living by example. Showing up in a positive, productive, and authentic way and making a difference in our own lives and the community around us.

POLLEN: What are the core values of your business? What’s the story behind how you arrived at those values?

We’ve spent years in the catering, event, and hospitality industry. Our objective was taking care of people through food and beverage, every event was personal and an extension of who we are. Today, we strive to bring that same level of compassion and accommodation to an industry that is sometimes criticized for being the contrary. Every interaction is personal, honest, and authentic.

POLLEN: Where do you find your greatest sense of community?

Everywhere … let’s connect!
