THE POSITION

The Production Wig Hair and Makeup Artist is responsible for building, styling, and maintaining wigs and hair pieces, and for providing makeup and hair services as designed for each Guthrie production. Interpret designs, research, and verbal ideas in the execution of assigned projects. This position is full-time, non-exempt and benefits-eligible. Compensation is $32.19 per hour plus benefits. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 13. The typical schedule for this role will vary based on the dynamic schedule of a theater. The current schedule is Sunday – Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
