Position Overview:

The Resource Center Supervisor oversees the programs and services of 360 Communities Burnsville and Rosemount Resource Centers. They supervise staff that focus on delivering both short- and long-term support for families and individuals. They develop and maintain community partnerships to collaboratively provide holistic services at 360 Communities Resource Centers and are responsible for overseeing the administration of the Family Housing Prevention Assistance Program (FHPAP).

Hours: Exempt, full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Includes daytime hours, but may require some occasional evening and weekend hours.

Location: 360 Communities Resource Centers; Rosemount and Burnsville

Pay and Benefits: Salary of $52,000 to $54,600 per year, depending upon experience and qualifications. 360 Communities offers competitive benefits for full-time employees, including vacation and sick time, paid holidays, group health and dental insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) with an employer match and 401(k) retirement account with employer match.
