We know that the capacity to work across cultural differences has a tremendous impact on the success and effectiveness of individuals and teams in their work. Folks are feeling pulled towards understanding equity and inclusion in the work place but are flummoxed by a lack of the right words to use and the right approaches to take. That’s why Team Dynamics has put together a cohort-based learning series that will give participants the tools and skills they need to grow their own practice and to increase the capacity for change inside their organizations.
